Basketball Recap: Old Town Has No Trouble Against Foxcroft Academy

Old Town had to skate by with only a two-point margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the 22-point drubbing they dealt Foxcroft Academy on Friday. The Old Town Coyotes were the clear victor by a 59-37 margin over the Foxcroft Academy Ponies. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Coyotes also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2023.

The win was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 2-3. As for Foxcroft Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Old Town will venture away from home to take on Orono at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Foxcroft Academy will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against John Bapst Memorial at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
