Volleyball Recap: Ballston Spa Takes a Loss

Ballston Spa lost against Queensbury back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Scotties came up short against the Spartans, falling 3-0. The Scotties have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While Ballston Spa was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Queensbury's winning margin in every set. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-19, 25-22.

Ballston Spa now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Queensbury, their victory was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-1.

Coincidentally, Ballston Spa and Queensbury will both be playing Colonie Central the next time they take the court. The Spartans will host the Wolfpack at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, while the Scotties will play them later in the day, at 11:00 a.m.
