Christian Academy skates past Jeffersontown with ease

The Christian Academy Warriors scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Monday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Jeffersontown 63-10 on the road. That looming 63-10 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Christian Academy yet this season.
Christian Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Leah Stevens, who went 6 for 10 from beyond the arc en route to 22 points and 3 assists. Stevens continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Alexus Bryant was another key contributor, scoring 18 points.
Christian Academy has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-11 record this season. As for Jeffersontown, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-8.
Christian Academy won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Cannelton at 6:30 p.m. on January 23rd. Cannelton is out to stop a eight-game streak of losses at home. Jeffersontown will take on Atherton at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
