Lafayette scored the most runs they've had all season to find success on Friday. They never let the Bruton Panthers onto the board and left with a 17-0 win. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

Austen Townsend made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits (and not a single walk). Townsend was also big at the plate, going 1-for-2 with a triple, a stolen base, and a run.
