Garrett barely beat Fairfield the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Railroaders never let the Falcons get on the board and left with a 9-0 victory on Tuesday. The Railroaders not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since May 14, 2024 (when they won 12-2).

Lucas Collins made a big impact no matter where he played. He didn't allow a single earned run while striking out 14 over seven innings pitched. Those 14 strikeouts gave him a new career-high. He was also stellar in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with three stolen bases, two RBI, and one run.
