Basketball Game Preview: Floyd Broncos vs. Melrose Buffaloes

Floyd is 0-10 against Melrose since January of 2017 but things could change on Tuesday. The Floyd Broncos will head out on the road to face off against the Melrose Buffaloes at 7:00 p.m. Melrose took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Floyd, who comes in off a win.

Floyd played against Lake Arthur on Thursday and won via forfeit.

On Monday, Melrose was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 79-73 to Texico.

Floyd's win bumped their record up to 8-12. As for Melrose, their defeat dropped their record down to 20-5.

Floyd was taken down by Melrose 76-26 when the teams last played back in January. That game was all but decided by halftime, at which point Floyd was down 55-13.
