Basketball Recap: Kings Continues Home Dominance on Saturday

Kings lost to La Salle back in December of 2019, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Kings Knights secured a 57-51 W over the La Salle Lancers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Knights.

La Salle lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Drae Arnold, who went 9 for 17 en route to 20 points and five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Max Welter, who posted ten points in addition to eight boards and four steals.

Kings' victory was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-3. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.4 points per game. As for La Salle, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-6 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games.
