Groves's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They won by a goal and slipped past the Windsor Forest Knights 3-2. The Rebels better thank their lucky stars for the performance of Sophia Karvan, as she scored every single goal for her team.

Groves used a slightly different lineup for their bout with Windsor Forest. And. Karvan made the most of the opportunity, scoring three goals A few more games like that and she might be seeing even more time going forward.

Groves now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Windsor Forest, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Groves will welcome Long County at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Long County will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Groves surely won't give up without a fight. As for Windsor Forest, they will square off against Johnson at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Windsor Forest is facing Johnson at the right time seeing as Johnson is stuck on a ten-game losing streak.
