Soccer Recap: Cinnaminson Comes Up Short

Cinnaminson entered their contest against Moorestown on Saturday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Pirates fell just short of the Quakers by a score of 2-1. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Cinnaminson of the 3-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Cinnaminson's defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 6-4. As for Moorestown, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-2.

Coming up, Cinnaminson will take on Haddonfield at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Moorestown, they will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Cherry Hill East at 3:45 p.m.
