Eastern Hancock waltzed into their matchup on Monday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They put the hurt on the Wes-Del Warriors with a sharp 3-0 win. The game was the first time the Royals have beaten the Warriors on their court since August 21, 2017.

The final score came out to 25-2, 25-17, 25-12.

Josie Hunt paced Eastern Hancock's offense, picking up 16 kills. Hunt got some help from Karly Lowes and her 21 assists. Hayden Collins controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Eastern Hancock's victory bumped their record up to 11-1. As for Wes-Del, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Coming up, Eastern Hancock will be playing at home against Greenfield-Central at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Wes-Del, they will head out on the road to take on Wapahani at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
