Soccer Recap: Westminster School Comes Up Short

Westminster School was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Canterbury School Saints. Westminster School fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against Canterbury School since Saturday.

Westminster School's loss dropped their record down to 3-9-2. As for Canterbury School, they picked up their first road victory, bumping their record up to 2-8-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Westminster School will face off against Hotchkiss School at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Canterbury School, they will venture away from home to take on Kent School at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
