Preview: Windham RVT Mighty Tigers vs. Bullard-Havens Tigers
The Windham RVT Mighty Tigers just played last night, but they'll still head out to face the Bullard-Havens Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on January 18th. Bullard-Havens took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Windham RVT, who comes in off a win.
Even though Vinal RVT scored an imposing 83 points on Wednesday, Windham RVT still came out on top. Windham RVT took their match against Vinal RVT 90-83.
Desmen Gaston continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 31 points along with five assists and five rebounds. Fischer Jones was another key contributor, scoring 18 points along with five steals.
Meanwhile, Bullard-Havens' recent rough patch got a bit rougher last Wednesday after their third straight loss. Their rough 70-47 loss to Branford might stick with them for a while. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss Bullard-Havens has suffered yet this season.
Windham RVT has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. As for Bullard-Havens, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-6.
Windham RVT couldn't quite finish off Bullard-Havens in their previous matchup back in March of 2023 and fell 78-75. Can Windham RVT avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
