Baseball Recap: Mount Tahoma T-Birds vs. Bellarmine Prep Lions

Mount Tahoma had lost six straight at home, but on Friday they dropped their record down to 3-17 to make it seven. They lost 11-2 to the Bellarmine Prep Lions. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 11-1 back in April.

Mount Tahoma saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jacob Kerwood, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one double.

As for Bellarmine Prep, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-9. Considering they have won seven games by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

On Bellarmine Prep's side, Joshua Morales looked comfortable as he tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Morales has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in four consecutive appearances.
