Baseball Recap: Redmond Comes Up Short

Redmond was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 5-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Ridgeview Ravens. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Ravens this season, with their most recent defeat being a 11-1 loss on Wednesday.

Redmond's defeat dropped their record down to 4-20. As for Ridgeview, the win was the 12th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 18-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Redmond will take on Sheldon at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Ridgeview, they will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against McNary at 4:30 p.m. The timing is sure in the Ravens' favor as the team sits on six straight wins at home while the Celtics have been banged up by six consecutive losses on the road.
