Football Recap: Mount Desert Island Takes a Loss

Mount Desert Island lost against Lake Region back in November of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Trojans lost 36-14 to the Lakers.

Mount Desert Island's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Lake Region, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Mount Desert Island is taking a road trip to take on Waterville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lake Region, they will welcome Cape Elizabeth at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
