Preview: Academy of the Holy Names Jaguars vs. Gibbs Gladiators
Academy of the Holy Names has enjoyed a five-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will square off against the Gibbs Gladiators at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Academy of the Holy Names focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 18 on Tuesday.

Even though they lost, Academy of the Holy Names were working as a unit and finished the game with ten assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Seffner Christian only racked up 20 assists.
Meanwhile, Gibbs waltzed into their game Tuesday with two straight wins but they left with three. They put the hurt on St. Petersburg with a sharp 57-33 win. Gibbs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won four matches by 24 points or more this season.
Academy of the Holy Names' loss dropped their record down to 7-2. As for Gibbs, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-2.
Academy of the Holy Names came up short against Gibbs when the teams last played back in January, falling 55-46. Can Academy of the Holy Names avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
