Basketball Recap: Wellston Comes Up Short

Wellston lost against Glencoe on January 7th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Wellston Tigers fell 62-51 to the Glencoe Panthers. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Wellston's loss dropped their record down to 9-13. As for Glencoe, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 11-7.

Wellston has already played their next contest (against Pawnee), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Glencoe Panthers duke it out with the Agra Bearcats at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Agra is on an eight-game streak of home losses, Glencoe a three-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck will change.
