Dynamic duo of Jude Meyer and Pistol Chavez lead Flatirons Academy to victory

Recap: Flatirons Academy Bison vs. Evangel Christian Academy Eagles
The Flatirons Academy Bison won against the Evangel Christian Academy Eagles last Thursday with 61 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Saturday. Flatirons Academy came out on top against Evangel Christian Academy by a score of 61-53. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Flatirons Academy.
Flatirons Academy was led to victory by Jude Meyer and Pistol Chavez. Meyer scored 18 points along with seven rebounds, while Chavez scored 19 points along with four steals. Chavez is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last four games he's played. Caleb Doughty was another key contributor, scoring six points.
Flatirons Academy now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Evangel Christian Academy, they now have a losing record at 4-5.
Flatirons Academy will be playing in front of their home fans against Rocky Mountain Lutheran at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Evangel Christian Academy, Evangel Christian Academy and Limon will face off at 7:30 p.m. on January 18th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Limon will be looking to keep their three-game home win streak alive.
