Basketball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for Sandwich

Sandwich won the last time they faced Richmond-Burton and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Sandwich Indians took down the Richmond-Burton Rockets 72-55. The victory was nothing new for the Indians as they're now sitting on four straight.

Sandwich is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a massive bump to their 9-8 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.9 points per game. As for Richmond-Burton, they moved to 10-4 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Sandwich will be playing in front of their home fans against Woodstock at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Richmond-Burton, they will take on Durand in a tournament on Saturday.
