Basketball Game Preview: Round Lake Panthers vs. Antioch Sequoits

Round Lake hasn't had much luck against Antioch recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Round Lake Panthers will look to defend their home court against the Antioch Sequoits at 7:00 p.m.

Round Lake is headed into Tuesday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their sixth straight game on Friday. They lost 61-36 to North Chicago.

Meanwhile, Antioch strolled past Grayslake North with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 54-38. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Sequoits.

Antioch's victory was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 14-13. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.2 points over those games. As for Round Lake, their loss dropped their record down to 1-24.

Round Lake was taken down by Antioch 71-38 when the teams last played back in January. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point Round Lake was down 40-18.
