Football Recap: Wallington Takes a Loss

Wallington fell victim to Bogota and their airtight defense on Friday. They had to suffer through a 29-0 loss at the hands of the Buccaneers. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Buccaneers recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Wallington now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Bogota, the victory was the sixth in a row (dating back to last season) for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Wallington will take on rival Park Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Bogota is set to challenge their familiar foe St. Mary at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
