Softball Recap: Naselle Comes Up Short

If Naselle was feeling good fresh off their 16-6 takedown of Ocosta on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Comets came up short against the Morton/White Pass Timberwolves on Wednesday, falling 25-5.

Naselle's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Morton/White Pass, the win was their first on the road, bumping their record up to 2-3.

Coming up, Naselle is packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will challenge Oakville at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Morton/White Pass, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Wahkiakum at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
