Basketball Recap: Wewoka Takes a Loss

Wewoka was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They took a hard 50-34 fall against the Wilson-Henryetta Tigers. The match marked Wewoka's lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Wewoka's loss dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Wilson-Henryetta, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-4.

Wewoka didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 52-43 victory against Allen on the 23rd. As for Wilson-Henryetta, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 74-45 win against Morris on the 23rd.
