Baseball Recap: Manawa Comes Up Short

Manawa lost against Shiocton on Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Wolves lost 11-1 to the Chiefs. The Wolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Manawa's defeat dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Shiocton, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-10.

Manawa has already played their next match (against Wautoma), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Shiocton, they will challenge Wittenberg-Birnamwood at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Chargers will roll in looking for their 13th straight win, something the Chiefs surely won't give up without a fight.
