Soccer Game Preview: Bronson vs. Berrien Springs

The Bronson Vikings are taking a road trip to take on the Berrien Springs Shamrocks at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Bronson has given up an average of 4.5 goals per game this season, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Bronson fell victim to Lenawee Christian and their airtight defense on Thursday. They lost 9-0 to the Cougars. While losing is never fun, Bronson can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan soccer rankings (they are ranked 426th, while Lenawee Christian are ranked 129th).

Meanwhile, Berrien Springs also failed to score in their most recent game. They fell just short of Buchanan by a score of 1-0 on Wednesday. Berrien Springs haven't had much luck with Buchanan recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Bronson has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-11-2 record this season. As for Berrien Springs, their loss dropped their record down to 9-5-2.
