Basketball Recap: West Branch Continues Home Dominance on Tuesday

West Branch waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They skirted past the Glendale Vikings 68-65. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 63-39 back in January.

Glendale lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Rhylan Hoopsick-Bell, who went 10-for-15 to rack up 25 points. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Joey Kitko, who went 5-for-12 on his way to 13 points along with six boards and five assists.

West Branch pushed their record up to 19-2 with the win, which was their 24th straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.2 points over those games. As for Glendale, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 12 of their last 13 contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 4-15 record this season.
