Recap: Saginaw Rough Riders vs. Aledo Bearcats
The Saginaw Rough Riders lost against the Aledo Bearcats back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Saginaw was beaten by Aledo 85-20. Saginaw was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 53-11.
Tatum Stone was Saginaw's leading scorer, having posted eight points.
Anabelle Aguilera held things down on the boards with five rebounds.
Saginaw has been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record this season. As for Aledo, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-7.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Brewer the next time they take the court. Saginaw will head out to face Brewer at 6:15 p.m. on January 2, 2024, while Aledo will host them at 6:15 p.m. on January 5, 2024.
