Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Vallejo). Everything went their way against the Hercules Titans on Thursday as the Vallejo Redhawks made off with an 8-1 win. Considering the Redhawks have won six games by more than two goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Vallejo is also on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 8-5-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 32 goals over those seven contests. As for Hercules, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-13-1.

Vallejo has already played their next game (against Kennedy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Hercules will be playing in front of their home fans against Justin-Siena at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
