Agawam entered their tilt with Milford on Friday with nine consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with ten. They put the hurt on the Scarlet Hawks with a sharp 3-0 win. The Brownies have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Scarlet Hawks, too.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 26-24, 25-17.

Joseph Culhane paced Agawam's offense, picking up 14 kills. Culhane got some help from David Dzhenzherukha and his 33 assists. Finally, Dzhenzherukha was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high four blocks.

Agawam pushed their record up to 15-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Milford, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-5.

Coming up, Agawam will face off against Westfield at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bombers will roll in looking for their tenth straight win, something the Brownies surely won't give up without a fight. As for Milford, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Attleboro on the 5th.
