It was a proper cat-fight when Summit took on Grand Valley on Thursday. The Summit Tigers never let the Grand Valley Cardinals get on the board and left with a 5-0 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Tigers also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Their offense was hitting Grand Valley from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal.

The win made it two in a row for Summit and bumps their season record up to a perfect 2-0. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored seven goals over those two contests. As for Grand Valley, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

Looking ahead, Summit will venture away from home to challenge Eagle Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be Summit's first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Grand Valley, they will host Aspen at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
