Baseball Recap: Keystone Heights Beats Santa Fe for Their Sixth Straight Win

Keystone Heights entered their tilt with Santa Fe on Wednesday with five consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with six. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Santa Fe Raiders, sneaking past 10-8. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Indians also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Guage Barry was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only a hit while striking out seven over five innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.

In other batting news, Andrew Wilson was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances. Austin Smith was another key player, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one RBI.
