Basketball Recap: Eagle Grove Comes Up Short

Eagle Grove suffered their biggest defeat since January 30th on Tuesday. They lost 65-41 to the Belmond-Klemme Broncos. The matchup marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Eagle Grove dropped their record down to 3-2 with the loss, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. As for Belmond-Klemme, their win ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-2.

While Eagle Grove had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:45 p.m. on Thursday.
