Model Secondary School for the Deaf was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 52-43 to the Ron Brown Monarchs . The Eagles were not able to make up for their defeat to the Monarchs from their previous meeting back in January of 2023.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Ron Brown to victory, but perhaps none more so than Lennox Walker, who went 9 for 17 on his way to 19 points in addition to seven boards and four steals. Walker is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for five straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Darrin Rado, who posted ten points and five steals.

Model Secondary School for the Deaf's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Ron Brown, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-3.
