The biggest upset of the week belonged to Mark Twain, who took down 211th ranked Mark Twain, 34-20. Chris Sparks ran for 142 yards in the win.

Highland moved up to 226 from 256 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Clarence Cannon. A 34-20 win over the Tigers helped the Cougars improve their standing.

Monroe City's dynamic duo of Grant O'Bryan and Tyler Hetheriton proved tough for Centralia to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. O'Bryan threw for 90 yards and one touchdown and Hetheriton had 59 yards receiving. Kyle Fulton helped Monroe City's passing attack out by catching one ball for 20 yards.

Derrick Kendrick made the biggest impact on defense this week as the Panthers lost to the Panthers. The 6-foot-0 sophomore grabbed one sack.

Macon's Craig Smith and Brendan Watts have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Smith has thrown for 631 yards this season, while Watts, a 6-foot-0 receiver, has 12 catches for 227 yards. South Shelby's Trace Windsor leads the league in rushing yards with 861.

The top two teams in the league will face off this week when first place Clark County takes on second place Centralia. Last week, Clark County defeated Palmyra, while Centralia topped Monroe City.

The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when the Indians take on Erle Bennett's team. Clark County has allowed 58 points this season, while the Panthers have given up 40. Quentin Hamner's team allowed 6 points last week as it defeated the Panthers.

The Indians extended the longest winning streak in Clarence Cannon this week by beating Palmyra, 40-6. The win marks sixth in a row for the Clark County.
