Softball Game Preview: Phillips Wildcats vs. Julian Jaguars

For the second straight game, Phillips will face off against Julian. The Wildcats will be playing at home against the Jaguars at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Phillips knows how to get runs on the board -- the squad has finished with ten runs or more in their past five contests -- so hopefully Julian likes a good challenge.

Phillips is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Julian just ended the team's eight-game winning streak on Saturday. They lost 17-10 to the Jaguars. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Wildcats have suffered since April 18, 2024.
