Mililani is 7-0 against Waialua since December of 2014 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Monday. The Mililani Trojans will venture away from home to square off against the Waialua Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. Mililani is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

Mililani is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Hawaii's top teams: Pearl City, who was ranked tenth at the time (Mililani was ranked second). Mililani's defense stepped up to hand Pearl City a 4-0 shutout on Thursday. Give the Trojans' defense some credit: that's the team's sixth straight shutout.

Meanwhile, Waialua fell victim to Leilehua and their airtight defense on Thursday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mighty Mules. The defeat continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their matchups with the Mighty Mules: they've now lost five in a row.

Waialua now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Mililani, they pushed their record up to 6-0 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home.

Mililani took their win against Waialua in their previous matchup back in December of 2023 by a conclusive 21-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Mililani since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
