Volleyball Recap: Northwestern Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Northwestern was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Fort Mill Yellow Jackets. The Trojans were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Yellow Jackets earlier this season, when they won 3-1.

The final score came out to 25-17, 25-12, 25-16.

Hannah Conwell paced Northwestern's offense, picking up nine kills. Conwell got some help from Piper Faile and her nine assists.

Northwestern's loss dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Fort Mill, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-6.

Northwestern has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Rock Hill on the 9th. As for Fort Mill, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Indian Land on the 14th.
