Lincoln Park extended their losing streak to three on Friday, dropping their season record down to 4-9 in the process. They came up short against the Trenton Trojans, falling 20-7. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 17-0 back in April.

As for Trenton, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 11-3. Their hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

For Trenton's part, Lauryn Holder was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she tossed 1.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Holder was also solid in the batter's box, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI, one run, and one double. Those two hits gave her a new career-high.

In other batting news, Kara Fedea was incredible, going 3-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. That's the most hits she has posted since back in May of 2024. Another player making a difference was Analy Guth, who went 3-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and two RBI.

Looking ahead, Lincoln Park will face off against Taylor at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Trenton, they will welcome Huron at 9:00 p.m. on Saturday.
