On Saturday, Worthington Kilbourne didn't have too much trouble with Thomas Worthington as they won 48-31. Given the Wolves' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 183rd, while the CARDINALS are ranked 417th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, after a string of four wins, Hilliard Bradley's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They fell 39-28 to Upper Arlington.

Worthington Kilbourne will need focus on slowing down Lexi Fabb, one of several Hilliard Bradley players who made an impact when they last played. She posted 11 points. Another player making a difference was Sophia Lopez, who had seven points.

Worthington Kilbourne is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.0 points per game. As for Hilliard Bradley, their loss dropped their record down to 9-7.
