You can't lose the game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely Loachapoka's strategy against Reeltown on Monday. The Loachapoka Indians took down the Reeltown Rebels 39-23. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Indians also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2017.

Loachapoka's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Sanaa Drummond led the charge by putting up nine points and three steals. Another player making a difference was Essense Key, who posted nine points and six boards.

Loachapoka's win bumped their record up to 10-8. As for Reeltown, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-7 record this season.

Loachapoka will be playing at home against Reeltown at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Reeltown has already played their next matchup (against Beulah), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
