Timberland put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. They came within six points of losing the streak, but they secured a 59-53 W against the Lake Marion Gators. For the Wolves, this counts as revenge for the 52-25 win the Gators walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January.

Lake Marion's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Zimarika Moorer, who posted 18 points along with eight boards and five assists. The game was Moorer's sixth in a row with at least 15 points. Harmony McCaskill was another key player, putting up 12 points and four steals.

Timberland's victory bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Lake Marion, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Looking ahead, Timberland will challenge Stratford at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Lake Marion, they will take on Cross at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
