The Calvary Christian Knights will head out to take on the Central Red Devils at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Calvary Christian is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.2 goals per game this season.

While the 3-3 score might suggest a draw, it was Calvary Christian who was credited with the victory on Thursday. Calvary Christian got it done in the shootout by posting three goals to Westfield School's two.

Brooklyn Vann and Avery Riera scored all three of Calvary Christian's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 17 goals.

Central is headed into Friday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fourth straight game on Tuesday. They came up short against Benjamin Russell, falling 6-0. While losing is never fun, the Red Devils can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Alabama soccer rankings (they are ranked 102nd, while the Wildcats are ranked 35th).

Calvary Christian's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Central, their loss dropped their record down to 2-7.
