Softball Recap: Chelsea Comes Up Short

Chelsea was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against Economics & Finance, falling 20-2. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Economics & Finance this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 23-5 back in March.

Chelsea's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Economics & Finance, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-6.

Looking ahead, Chelsea will head out to challenge Green at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Chelsea will need to watch out since Green has now posted at least ten runs in their last three matchups. As for Economics & Finance, they will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against NEST+m at 4:00 p.m. NEST+m will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Economics & Finance surely won't give up without a fight.
