The Fort Wayne F Falcons are on the road again on Monday to play the Lakewood Park Christian Panthers at 7:00 p.m. Fort Wayne F will be strutting in after a win while Lakewood Park Christian will be coming in after a loss.
Having struggled with five defeats in a row dating back to last season, Fort Wayne F finally turned things around against Lakeland Christian Academy last Thursday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over the Cougars.
The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Fort Wayne F who won the one that mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 11-25, 25-18, 21-25, 15-3.
Meanwhile, Lakewood Park Christian came up short against Garrett on Thursday, falling 3-0. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
