Softball Recap: Pahrump Valley Trojans vs. Canyon Springs Pioneers
Pahrump Valley got themselves on the board against Canyon Springs on Monday, but Canyon Springs never followed suit. They didn't even let the Pioneers on the board, marking their second-straight 15-0 shutout. The Trojans haven't had any issues with the Pioneers recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.
Ryleigh Denton was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one home run and two runs. The team also got some help courtesy of Mariah Gray, who went 2-for-3 with three runs and one stolen base.
They weren't the only ones working in the home run department: Pahrump Valley lost a few balls and finished the game with two home runs. That's the most home runs they've posted since back in March.
