Bay Area Christian is a perfect 3-0 against First Baptist Christian since August of 2024 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the rust and duke it out at 4:30 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Bay Area Christian lost 3-0 to Lutheran South Academy on Wednesday. The Broncos have struggled against the Pioneers recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-13, 25-10.

Meanwhile, First Baptist Christian came up short against St. Francis Episcopal on Tuesday and fell 3-1. While the Warriors didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Wolves 25-21 in the first set.

First Baptist Christian started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 21-25, 25-15, 25-10, 25-23.

First Baptist Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Bay Area Christian, they now have a losing record of 17-18-1.

Bay Area Christian beat First Baptist Christian 2-0 in their previous meeting back in August. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Broncos since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
