Coventry entered their tilt with Stafford on Saturday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Bulldogs 10-3. With that win, the Patriots brought their scoring average up to 6.2 runs per game.

Collin Harrington made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. Harrington was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. He also put up a double, which was his first of the season.

In other batting news, Dominic Deangelis was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April. Matteo Albano was another key player, going 1-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

Coventry was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .394. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .323 or higher in five consecutive contests.

Coventry pushed their record up to 9-6 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.3 runs over those games. As for Stafford, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season.

Coventry will square off against Lyman Memorial at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Stafford, they will face off against Canton at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
