Baseball Recap: Reese Comes Up Short

Reese was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Richmond Blue Devils, falling 11-1.

Reese's loss dropped their record down to 4-6-1. As for Richmond, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 15 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-6 record this season.

Reese will be playing at home against Vassar at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Rockets are facing the Vulcans at the right time seeing as the Vulcans are stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for Richmond, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 14-2 win against Central Montcalm on the 17th.
