Basketball Recap: Lanier Takes a Loss

After flying high against McComb last Tuesday, Lanier came back down to earth. The Lanier Bulldogs fell to the Raymond Rangers 56-52. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, with their most recent loss being a 76-47 defeat back in January.

Lanier's loss dropped their record down to 20-5. As for Raymond, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 21-8 record this season.

As of now, neither Lanier nor Raymond have any future games scheduled.
