There's no place like home for James River Midlothian, who bounced back after a loss on the road two weeks ago. They really took it to the Richmond High School for the Arts Bulldogs for the full four quarters, racking up a 41-8 victory. The game marked the Rapids' most dominant win of the season.

James River Midlothian is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 30.8 points over those games. As for Richmond High School for the Arts, they are on a 16-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. James River Midlothian will face off against Midlothian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Richmond High School for the Arts, they will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Huguenot at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Falcons' defense has only allowed 4.9 points per game this season, so the Bulldogs' offense will have their work cut out for them.
